At Go Whipped, every product is created with a lot of care, curiosity, and obsession over the tiny details - textures, scents, formulas, everything.

We genuinely hope you love using our products as much as we loved creating them.

Our team also works hard to make sure your order reaches you safely and smoothly. But if something doesn’t go as planned, we’re here to make it right.

Below is everything you need to know about cancellations, returns, and refunds.

 

Order Cancellation

Changed your mind? It happens.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before it has been dispatched, whichever comes first.

Once we receive your request within the allowed time window, we will process a full refund for prepaid orders.

Refunds are typically initiated within 24–48 hours, and may take 3–4 business days to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.

Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order or once they have been dispatched, whichever occurs first.

In rare situations where accounts show repeated bulk cancellations or suspicious activity, Go Whipped reserves the right to delay refunds or decline transactions.

Gift cards, coupons, and discounted purchases cannot be cancelled.


Return Policy

We currently offer a 2-day return or replacement window from the date your order is delivered.

Returns are only accepted if the product received is:

• Damaged during transit
• Delivered incorrectly
• Missing from the order
• Expired upon delivery

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused
• It must be in its original packaging
• All labels and tags must be intact
• Proof of purchase must be available

Return Inspection & Approval

Once the returned product reaches us, our team will conduct a quality check.

If the product meets the return criteria, the refund process will begin immediately.

Refund timelines:

• Online payments: 7–8 business days to reflect in your account
• Cash on Delivery orders: refunded to your bank account within 7–8 business days after receiving your bank details

If you are located outside India, shipping timelines may vary depending on your region.

 

Refunds, Replacements & Eligibility

You may request a return, refund, or replacement for:

• Products damaged during shipping
• Incorrect items delivered
• Products delivered with damaged packaging

Go Whipped will not accept returns for products that are:

• Used or excessively handled
• Opened after delivery
• Tampered with
• Returned without original packaging or labels

Replacement requests are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement item is out of stock, we will process a full refund instead.

Please note that product exchanges are not supported. Replacements are only available for the same product that was delivered incorrectly or damaged.


How to Submit a Return or Refund Request

To help us process your request quickly, please share the following details:

  1. Order number
  2. Reason for return or replacement
  3. Four clear photos of the product including:

• Front image showing product name
• Back image of the product
• Barcode on the packaging
• Outer shipping box packaging

This helps our team review the request and resolve it faster.

 

Products Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The product has been used, tampered with, or damaged after delivery
• The original packaging, labels, tags, or accessories are missing
• Serial numbers or identifying details have been altered

Gift cards, coupons, and discounted purchases are not eligible for return or refund.
