At Go Whipped, we know the best part of placing an order is waiting for it to arrive.
So we do our best to get your whipped products to you quickly, safely, and smoothly.
Here’s everything you need to know about how shipping works.
Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email and text message to let you know we’ve received it.
After your order is packed and ready to leave our warehouse, you’ll receive another dispatch notification confirming that your package is on its way.
From there, one of our trusted delivery partners takes over and brings your order straight to your doorstep.
Most orders are delivered within 4–5 business days, depending on your location and PIN code.
If the delivery partner has trouble locating your address or needs any additional details, they may contact you directly.
Shipping Charges
We currently offer:
Free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a flat fee of ₹25 is applied at checkout.
Shipment Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email and SMS along with the courier partner details.
Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours after dispatch, allowing you to follow your order's journey in real time.
You can also check the status of your order through the tracking link shared in your confirmation message.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Once shipped, deliveries typically take 4–5 business days depending on the destination.
Processing times may occasionally vary due to factors such as:
• Order volume
• Warehouse operations
• Delivery location and PIN code coverage
We always aim to ship as quickly as possible.
Delivery Delays
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, delays may sometimes occur due to circumstances outside our control.
These may include:
• National or regional holidays
• Severe weather conditions
• Transportation disruptions
• Natural disasters or other force majeure events
• Unexpected logistical delays
In such situations, delivery timelines may be extended.
Please note that delays caused by these external factors do not qualify for order cancellation or refunds once the order has been dispatched.
Mega Sale & High Volume Periods
During major sales events or high-demand periods, order volumes increase significantly.
Because of this, dispatch and delivery timelines may be slightly longer than usual. Our team works hard to process every order as quickly as possible.
Secure Delivery
To ensure your order reaches you safely, some deliveries may require a delivery verification code (OTP) at the time of handover.
This helps confirm that your package has been received by the correct person.
